We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 16 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
A mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance movements performed at high intensity in a fun community setting. It is both measurable and scaleable for a wide variety of ages and fitness levels. Workouts are completed in an hour or less. Must have prior CrossFit experience or complete our Start Up Program to participate.
Lean Body Bootcamp
A 60-minute class with a concentration on weight loss and scorching body fat, with an introduction to barbell training! Intense cardiovascular exercise, bodyweight movements, plyometrics, dumbbell, and kettlebell work are the heart of this program. 60-minutes of Bootcamp style strength work, cardiovascular work, core work, and bodyweight and plyometric movements to help tone and shape you entire body!
30-minutes of direct abdominal and core work to help you tighten up and strengthen that midline!
30-minutes of intense fat burning cardiovascular conditioning and dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight strength work.
Core Fusion is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, and mobility based movement aimed at strengthening core muscles (abs and back) and maybe some muscles you didn't even know you had! Every class will be a balanced, core focused, full body workout tailored to help with overall flexibility and alignment.
The focus of this class is to build strength and endurance based on the principles of both sculpt and ballet. High repetition movements using light weights, pilates rings, a ballet bar, and other equipment will assist in building long, lean muscle. Absolutely no ballet experience is required.
Traditional (and not-so-traditional!) yoga-based poses and stretches aimed at relaxing and restoring mind and body balance. Focus on linking breath with movement and stillness to help create a relaxed state of mind and help better manage mental and physical stress accumulated in everyday life!
Rising Sun Boxing
Cardiovascular training mixed with practical self defense techniques taken from the defense arts of American Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. This is NOT Tae Bo. This is NOT choreographed. We work with partners striking pads or on a heavy bag. We get fit while we learn to fight and defend ourselves with real world carryover.
Coach monitored blocks of open gym time. Athletes can come in and hit WODs they missed during the week, do some accessory lifting, work on skills, or just hang out because we are their home away from home!
