Functional Bodybuilding

Our Functional Bodybuilding class combines time-tested strength training methods with expert coaching in a supportive group environment. Lift and Lean: Your Workout, Your Way

Transform your fitness journey with our innovative Lift and Lean class, where you call the shots on your daily workout focus. In this coach-led 60-minute session, choose between strength-focused “Lift” segments for muscle building and power, or high-intensity “Lean” segments for cardio conditioning and core strength. Mix and match between both styles or fully commit to one path-the choice is yours.

Barbell Club: Master the Olympic Lifts

Dive deep into the art and power of Olympic Weightlifting in our specialized Barbell Club. This focused 60-minute class breaks down the technical mastery of the Clean and Jerk and Snatch-the cornerstone movements of Olympic lifting. Under expert coaching, you’ll refine your technique through detailed position work, while building the strength and stability needed for these dynamic lifts.

Personal Training

One on one training with a professional coach to fastrack results specific to your personal goals.

Semi-private training

Restorative Yoga: Free Community Recovery Class
