60-minute no-barbell class focused on weight loss and scorching body fat. Intense cardiovascular exercise, bodyweight movements, plyometrics, dumbbell, and kettlebell work are the heart of this program. This is NOT CrossFit. Accessible to all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

10 Personal Training Sessions
$400 — These 10 challenging one-hour workouts will teach you everything you need to know about the movements, skills, theory, and terminology behind CrossFit. No purchase of membership is required. If you complete your 10 sessions and you decide you’d prefer to stick with personal training, or that CrossFit isn’t for you, you can continue however you'd like. You can’t lose. Sold as stand-alone personal training, this would cost $750.
3 Private Sessions
Introduction to Crossfit Offer
$75 — 3 one-hour private sessions to be scheduled with one of our Crossfit L1 coaches for athletes with experience but no prior Crossfit experience. You'll learn all the fundamentals you need to jump right into classes. Required for athletes with no Crossfit experience before joining regular classes.
