Classes
We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 16 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
CrossFit
A mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance movements performed at high intensity in a fun community setting. It is both measurable and scaleable for a wide variety of ages and fitness levels. Workouts are completed in an hour or less. Must have prior experience or complete our Prep Course to participate.
Lift and Lean
Lift and Lean is a class that offers two "tracks" of training. Athletes can choose "Lift" with slower heavier weight training if their goals are primarily adding muscle and gaining strength. Or they can choose the "Lean" track if fat loss, shaping, and cardiovascular training is more what they are looking for. These two tracks can be mixed in the same class to get the best of both worlds!
Functional Bodybuilding
Functional Bodybuilding is a no cardio class structured around more isolated traditional weight training. The goal is to build lean muscle and to shape a balanced aesthetically pleasing physique while simultaneously bringing up weak areas that hold back our larger compound barbell movements used in Functional Fitness classes and Olympic Weightlifting. We have seen many athletes who were reaching plateaus begin to hit new personal records after adding this to their arsenal!
Open Gym
Coach monitored blocks of open gym time. Athletes can come in and hit WODs they missed during the week, do some accessory lifting, work on skills, or just hang out because we are their home away from home!
